We take great pride in making them using only the finest quality ingredients and materials. However, it’s very important that you burn candles responsibly to ensure their safe use. Please follow these safety guidelines to keep Toni’s Collection candles burning brightly and safely for hours:
Toni's Collection uses the finest fragrance oils from Europe. Toni's Collection candles are hand poured with a luxurious, clean burning, proprietary coconut & soy wax blend. This proprietary blend was developed after 12 months of research by our CEO and chemists.
Coconut wax is made first by collecting coconuts and then cold pressing the oil out of the meat of the coconut. That coconut oil is then turned into coconut wax through the process of hydrogenation. We also use soy wax in our proprietary blend with is made 100% from soy beans and goes through the same hydrogenation process. Our candles have a great scent throw whether cold or hot.
Candle Care Instructions
Remove all packaging before lighting.
Place on a protected, heat-resistant, dry surface, away from anything that can catch fire, and out of reach of children and pets.
Use holders with at least a 1/4" rim and designed for the particular candle style.
Keep wick(s) trimmed to 1/4” at all times (excluding votives & tea lights)
If smoking occurs, blow candle out. Trim wick(s), remove trimmings, and relight.
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches, or any combustible material. Keep the wick centered.
Avoid burning candles in drafts.
Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep them within sight at all times.
Keep all matches and lighters out of the reach of children.
Teach everyone in the family the rules of safe candle use.

What are your shipping policies?
Toni’s Collection Company requires 24-72 hours to process your order depending on whether we have to make, wrap & label candles. There is a $8.99 Shipping Fee on all orders under $150 within the United States. Please allow longer time during peak candle season (September - December). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified via email and given an estimate as to when to expect shipment. Partial orders are not shipped until the entire order is available. You will be given the option to cancel in the email. Please check your spam/junk folders for our email or add our contact info to your address book. United Parcel Service (UPS) is our primary shipping service. UPS is guaranteed and insured. Weekends, major holidays (refer to UPS Holiday Schedule at www.UPS.com), and the day the package is picked up (our daily pickup is 3pm EST) do not count in the delivery calculations.
What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will EXCHANGE
ONLY for the damaged goods NO REFUNDS. Please call or email us for instructions on damaged goods.
